365 Night Comfort Guarantee

*Mattress only price of $999 and above (pre-tax) apply for comfort exchange program.
*Customer must sleep on the mattress for 30 nights before they can exchange it. It is very important to not only give the mattress time to break in but its also very important for you to give your body time to adjust to your new mattress.
*Between day 31-100 customer may swap their mattress for a small $99 restock fee.
*Between day 101-365 customer may swap their mattress for a 75% credit towards a new mattress
*If the customer picks out a premium mattress and it is less money they will receive the difference back minus whatever re-stock fee is applicable.
*We do not offer a total refund. However, we do carry the world’s best mattresses and will make sure we get you the best night sleep.
*Customers are only allowed 1 mattress exchange per purchase.
*There are no returns available on adjustable bases, floor models, special order sizes, comforters, pillows, sheets, or mattress protectors.
*Any promo items that were given during the original purchase will be factored in on a mattress exchange.
*Customer must purchase a mattress protector at the time of purchase in order to qualify for the comfort exchange option.
*Any stains, odors, or infestations void the comfort exchange option.

Layaway

*Layaway’s require a 10% down payment at time of agreement. The remaining balance is due within 180 days. After 180 days if layaway is not paid off the customer will forfeit all money deposited on layaway.
*There are no refunds on layaway’s. Customer may swap to another item but they aren’t allowed to receive any money back that has been applied to their layaway purchase.

Low Price Guarantee

365-low price guarantee-We will beat any local mattress dealer on advertised price within 365 days of the purchase of your new sleep set. If you find a lower advertised price for the same sleep set, offering comparable gifts and services, simply bring in the advertisement and we will refund you the difference.
365 price guarantee does not apply to closeouts, price set items, floor models, vendor roll backs, or discontinued merchandise.
Also merchandise offered on auction sites are excluded.

Delivery Process

*Mr. Mattress offers free delivery on items $499 and above in our local delivery area unless otherwise noted. Mr. Mattress reserves the right to raise the original purchase price requirement based upon energy cost that could affect cost of doing business.
*Mr. Mattress can not move any furniture, or put together any furniture that is not from our store. Our delivery team has a strict schedule that they must follow in order to make all of our customers happy. We are only allowed to install the items that were sold on the invoice that is being delivered. Any items that need to be moved or built need to be done so before our delivery team arrives.
*We aim to give you a 2 hour delivery window the day before your delivery. However, we can’t guarantee times because we are not in control of the elements.
*It is important when picking your new mattress that you pay attention to the height of the bed. In some cases it may be more feasible to get a low profile boxspring in order to keep the bed from being so tall. It is the customers responsibility to make sure their new mattress is the height they want at the time of purchase. Any additional trips our delivery team has to make out to swap or adjust their frame or adjustable base will subject to a $99 delivery fee.
*Mr. Mattress will not remove any mattress product from a home that is unsanitary or infested with insects/rodents. These items must be removed prior to our delivery team arriving. However, we will remove the existing mattress if it free of stains and infestations. There is a $20 fee to haul away your old mattress that should be paid at time of purchase.
* Mr. Mattress is not responsible for merchandise that does not fit into narrow areas and accepts no liability for damage of property due to delivery.

Service of products

*Mr. Mattress will be glad to assist with any mattress warranty (minus Tempur-pedic). We will send a member of our Dream Team out to take a look and if it meets manufacturers specs for a warranty issue we will issue you a full credit for the mattress. The warranty starts from the original delivery date even on the replacement mattress. So if the customer purchases a mattress with a 10 year warranty and after 5 years they have a warranty issue. We will replace the mattress however it will only have 5 years remaining on the warranty.
*Any stains void any mattress warranty. The manufacturer will not replace a stained mattress.
*Adjustable base issues or warranty’s are handled thru the manufacturer and not thru Mr. Mattress.
